We appreciate your purchase from Suhika industries. , The The Terra France. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order of a women’s western dress, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 8-10 business days from the date you received the item.
  • Items must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
  • Dresses that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, missing tags, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Final-sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Why Returns May Be Accepted

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • The item doesn’t match the description (in size, colour, design) as listed on our site.
  • Or you simply decide you don’t want it (subject to above condition of original, unused condition).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our Customer Service team at refund@theterrafrance.com within the return period.
  • Provide your order number, item code, reason for return/exchange, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
  • Upon approval, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all documentation (order receipt, tags, RMA number).
  • You are responsible for shipping the item back unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item). In that case we will arrange and cover return shipping.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange the dress for a different size or colour (subject to availability), indicate this during your return request.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will dispatch the replacement at no extra cost.
  • If the replacement dress is of higher value, you may need to pay the price difference. If lower value, we’ll refund the difference or issue store credit (depending on your preference).

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 8–10 business days after approval (depending on your bank/payment provider).
  • Shipping charges (original and return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • If you prefer, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund, especially if you’d like to exchange for another item.

6. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are non-returnable.
  • Sale/promotional dresses may have reduced return eligibility—please check on a case-by-case basis.

Timing & Condition

  • The dress must be postmarked and received by us within 30 calendar days from date of delivery for eligibility.
  • Returns received after the stipulated period will be at our discretion and may be accepted for store credit only.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse/refund partial value if returned items are not in acceptable condition.8. Shipping & Cost Responsibility
  • For standard returns (change of mind): The customer pays for the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product): We will cover the return shipping and may arrange a prepaid label.
